Applying Data Bars
**Data Bars** in Excel provide a visual representation of the values in a cell by using horizontal bars. They are useful for quickly comparing data within a range, making your data easier to interpret at a glance.
Steps to Apply Data Bars
- Step 1: Select the range of cells where you want to apply data bars.
- Step 2: Go to the Home tab and click Conditional Formatting.
- Step 3: Choose Data Bars from the options.
- Step 4: Select a gradient or solid fill style, and Excel automatically adds data bars to the cells.
