Merging cells in Excel combines two or more adjacent cells into one larger cell, and centering places the text in the middle. Let’s learn how:

Steps to Merge and Center Cells

  1. Step 1: Select the range of cells you want to merge.
  2. Step 2: Go to the Home tab in the toolbar.
  3. Step 3: Click the Merge and Center button to merge the cells and center the text.
