Text alignment in Excel allows you to control how content is displayed within a cell. Let’s learn how to align text horizontally and vertically:
Steps to Align Text in Cells
- Step 1: Select the cell or range of cells you want to format.
- Step 2: Go to the Home tab in the toolbar.
- Step 3: Use the Horizontal Alignment options to align text (Left, Center, or Right).
- Step 4: Use the Vertical Alignment options to align text (Top, Middle, or Bottom).
